Let your aliveness

lead you home.

You don’t have to
sacrifice yourself to
make a difference.

I support justice-minded changemakers, caregivers, and healers who feel depleted, over-responsible, and disconnected from their inner knowing. My approach blends trauma-informed mindfulness that cultivate inner safety with soul-centered practices that clarify desire and guide aligned action.

In our work, you’ll learn to sense your limits, trust your body, and reclaim aliveness—so you can let go of self-sacrifice, drop into your love of life, and give your deepest longings room to move. I know this path from the inside: my own journey has been shifting from carrying too much to living with more joy, trust, and soul-led clarity.

I’m a facilitator, social work professor, and meditation teacher with 15+ years of experience walking alongside people in healing and transformation. My approach blends trauma-informed mindfulness with soul-centered practices that clarify desire and guide aligned action. I’m committed to meeting you where you are—grounded in presence, practice, and the belief that your aliveness is part of what the world needs.
