About Me

Welcome to the online home for my work! I am a social worker, professor, meditation teacher, and facilitator with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals to heal, transform, and express their highest potential. I am committed to working with individuals collaboratively, meeting you where you are, and bring my gifts of presence and passion for your ability to know your own gifts. In my work, I integrate mindfulness with soul-oriented work – in other words, paying attention to what brings you alive-with a deep sensitivity to trauma and safety. My offerings are grounded in a commitment to my own practice, healing and emergence, which has been supported by mindfulness, animist, and ancestral practices, alongside healing from trauma. I believe wholeheartedly in the importance of both participating in individual and collective liberation, with the view that in coming into our own gifts, we do the work that is ours to contribute to collective liberation.

1:1 Psychotherapy Practice

I have a small psychotherapy practice where work with individuals who are navigating life transitions, burnout, grief, or persistent emotional patterns and are seeking a more grounded, embodied approach to healing. Many of my clients have previous experience with therapy or spiritual practice and now feel drawn to deepen their connection to their body, inner life, and values. My approach is informed by traumatic resilience, internal family systems, mindfulness, and soul-tending practices (e.g., desire, ancestry and nature). Together, we focus on building internal safety, increasing self-compassion, and creating space for the full range of emotional experience—while also nurturing what brings vitality, connection, and a sense of belonging.

Contemplative Coach

As a contemplative coach, I work with individuals who are seeking deeper connection to their inner knowing, creative life force, and soul path—especially during times of transition, yearning, or spiritual reawakening. Many of the people I work with have already done therapeutic or spiritual work and are now looking to access more intuitive, embodied, and non-ordinary ways of knowing. Contemplative coaching creates space for shadow exploration, ancestral connection, and animist practices that honor the intelligence of the body, intuition, and deeper consciousness. Together, we may work with meditative journeying, ceremony, or ritual to illuminate your gifts and clarify what is ready to emerge. This is a space not only for healing—but for reclaiming vitality, insight, and a deeper sense of belonging to yourself and the world.

Workshops

I facilitate workshops and classes that support changemakers to build the inner capacities needed for collective care and social transformation. I draw on mindfulness, relational mindfulness movement, and the Work That Reconnects, among other modalities.
