Therapy Services
In our work, we create not just a space to mend what’s broken—we will uncover what’s always been whole within you.
In our work, I invite you to slow down, listen inward, and tend to the parts of you that ache and the parts quietly yearning to rise.
Whether you are navigating trauma, transition, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your true self, this work is rooted in body-based wisdom, soul-tending, and the gentle unraveling of what no longer serves.
Together, we create space for the healing and the becoming.
Individual
This is a space just for you. A space to slow down, feel deeply, and remember who you are beneath the survival patterns and stories.
In our work together, we honor both your pain and your possibility. We welcome the parts of you that feel stuck or afraid, as well as the parts that long to grow, create, or simply be.
Individual therapy is a collaborative and relational process—centered in curiosity, care, and the belief that healing unfolds when we feel safe enough to tell the truth of our experience.
Couples
All relationships carry both tenderness and tension. Whether you are navigating conflict, disconnection, life transitions, or longing to deepen intimacy, couples therapy provides a supportive space to rebuild trust, reconnect, and communicate with compassion.
We explore relational patterns, attachment dynamics, unmet needs, and generational wounds with honesty and care. My approach invites each partner to listen deeply—first to themselves, then to one another—with the aim of fostering more clarity, connection, and co-regulation.
Family
Families are ecosystems of relationship. Each voice, need, and unspoken story plays a role in shaping the whole. In family therapy, we slow down to understand patterns, soften rigid roles, and support all members in finding their place within the system.
This work is not about blame—it’s about creating room for everyone to feel seen, valued, and empowered to shift. Family therapy may include parents, children, caregivers, or chosen family, depending on your unique constellation.

Adolescents
Working with adolescents through youth-based participatory research has guided my work for many years. Through my research, I have gained a deep understanding of youth culture, especially the impact of social media and technology.
This time of life brings so much transition. Therefore, our time together will be central to your current needs and evolve as our work does. Together, we will explore identities, learn nonviolent communication, and self-compassion.
At Embodied Emergence, we hope to help youth find their voice, make meaning from struggle, and feel empowered to advocate for themselves.
Focus Areas:
Trauma, violence exposure, anxiety, depression, peer conflict, identity struggles, systemic oppression
Young Adults & Adults
At Embodied Emergence, we ground in mindfulness-based approaches to support stress reduction, emotional regulation and embodiment. Through a relational and anti-oppressive lens, we will explore how power, identity and past experiences shape your current functioning.
During our sessions, we will begin to make meaning of your experiences, including parenting stress, community engagement and intergenerational trauma.
We will invite self-compassion, presence and healing into our sessions.
Focus Areas:
Overwhelm, burnout, trauma history, identity-related trauma, identity shifts
