1:1 Contemplative coaching
My coaching work supports individuals who feel called into deeper listening—toward desire, intuition, creativity, and soul-led direction. Sessions may include ancestral and animist practices, shadow work, and simple ritual or journeying to illuminate your gifts and guide aligned action. This is for the part of you that knows there’s more—and wants to live it.
Psychotherapy
My psychotherapy practice supports people moving through transition, burnout, grief, or creative blocks that leave them feeling stuck. Together, we build inner safety through trauma-informed mindfulness, somatic awareness, and IFS, so you can meet your inner life with more compassion and choice. I believe healing is not only about tending to pain, but also what makes you come alive. Our work invites a deeper partnership with parts of you that carry grief, rage, fear, longing, or desire—so that you can tend to what is emerging through you.
