Holy, Hot Rage

A Six-Week Alchemy Circle for Women

We have been taught to be good, stay quiet, and put ourselves last. But beneath the silence, our rage is a gift, pointing toward our deepest yearnings and inviting us to bring our light forward.

This circle is for healers, changemakers, leaders, and seekers ready to alchemize rage into clarity and energy, nurture intuition and self-trust, and deepen our capacity to see our own yearnings through.

Who This Circle Is For

This circle is for women who have already done some healing work and want to deepen their intuition, self-trust, and capacity to see their own yearnings through

You feel burned out from overgiving. The needs of others become your priorities, leaving little room for your own desires.

You find it difficult to recognize and honor your intuition.

You hold it down, keep it together, and keep going—while resentment builds, sometimes emerging in a surprising outburst of anger.

You long to move from what you’re fighting against toward what you’re fighting for—your greatest dreams for yourself and all beings.

What We’ll Explore

Through family constellations practices, ritual, journaling, and meditation, we will explore the roots of our rage in our lives and our lineages, making room for our pain, things left unsaid, and our own yearnings.

We will acknowledge how interlocking systems of oppression—including patriarchy, racism, capitalism, and colonialism—have shaped our lives differently and kept us silent. This circle welcomes women across racial identities and holds our healing within a commitment to collective liberation: none of us are free until all of us are free.

Strengthened through collective connection, we will nurture our power to create interlocking systems of support and move from what we’re fighting against toward what we’re fighting for—our greatest dreams for ourselves and all beings.

Your Facilitator

Dr. Caitlin Elsaesser

I am called to this work because I know how making space for our rage can unlock our voice, our dreams, our yearnings—and our power. I absolutely love supporting other women to listen in and learn what their rage has to teach them.

My conditioning as a good, sparkly, helpful girl kept me from listening to the inner voice that let me know when things were not okay with me: when I felt burned out, used, or dead inside. I struggled with depression for years, and making space for my rage was key to becoming more alive.

As I have learned to partner with my rage, I have learned that she is one of my greatest guides and protectors.

My own experience is the foundation of this work. I also bring over a decade of experience in embodiment and mindfulness, alongside my work with family constellations and facilitating women’s circles.
