The journey begins by nurturing enough safety to build capacity. This first threshold is about setting intentions, gathering your resources, and remembering you do not have to keep earning your worth. You already have everything you need.

Pleasure becomes a renewable source of saying yes to life. This threshold is about letting the soft animal body feel what it wants to feel, noticing where it comes alive, and learning to trust that subtle place where we say yes.

From there, we turn toward desire as a way of listening for what is true. This threshold is about getting closer to what you long for by learning to listen more deeply and trust your yes.

Many of us have been taught to fear our anger. But when we meet anger, we get clear on what matters to us, and can be found by something else on the other side. Rage becomes an initiation into power.

Grief is a doorway. When we make space for sorrow, heartbreak, and the pain of this world, we begin to let go of what is holding us back and step more fully into what matters most.

On the other side, deep imagination returns. This threshold is about opening to vision, mystery, and possibility—and remembering that another way is possible.

The journey culminates in sovereignty: the capacity to choose your life from a deeper place. This threshold is about trusting your inner knowing, remembering you do not need permission, and moving toward what is yours to create.
